NEITHER ... NOR
E/THER ... OR
These expressions connect nouns, verbs and other sorts of expression.
 
1.         Both...and is used to express similarity or likeness. It gives a positive meaning.
 
2.         Neither.. nor is used to express dissimilarity or unlikeness. It gives a negative meaning
 
3.         Either...or is used to talk about a choice between two possibilities.
 
***   I know both English and French. (+)
***   I know neither English nor French. (-)
***   He knows either English or French. (I'm not sure.)
***   Jane can neither speak nor hear .
***   You must either feed this camel or go home.
***   Both his brother and sister are attending a high school.
